At UniKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• You received the wrong size.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused.
• The product must be unwashed.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The product must be returned in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used or washed.
• Tags have been removed.
• The customer changes their mind after purchase.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged).

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the customer's original payment method.
